Vernal has one of the best customer service I have experienced. Order caster wheels for my standing desk and it was taking Fedex too long to deliver and they reached out to me first noticing my casters haven't arrived yet and sent another set right away.

I ordered a new desk, and it is non-functional. I am getting the error message E32 right out of the box. I started a new position at a new firm and this is causing me great anxiety as I am unable to be as productive as I can be without a functional desk. this is a huge issue for me.

The executive L-shaped desk from Vernal is solid and well made — unfortunately, the file cabinet is the complete opposite. It feels like cheap, flimsy wood, and the drawers are permanently misaligned no matter how many times you reseat them. This isn’t minor assembly error; it’s bad manufacturing. The cabinet cheapens the entire setup and has no business being sold as part of an “executive” set. The quality gap between the desk and the cabinet is embarrassing. Buy the desk. Avoid the file cabinet.

I had a couple of questions before buying. The communication was great. Delivery was fast. Just wished there would have assembled it for me, but it is not hard to to do it yourself.

I purchased the standing desk along with the tall lateral file and the tall file cabinet. Very happy with everything. The quality is very good and I love the matched set. I would recommend that Vernal add a small bottle of wood glue to add to the joints and unions to ensure longer life. Not a complaint, just a thought. Again. . . Great product, quick shipping and very satisfied customer.

It was put together in less than four hours, only due to my ability to get side tracked often! HA! But went together well works great, was what i was hoping for in the space!

Great experience! While many reviews are obviously paid, I appreciated the number of videos that exist that allowed me to see the different designs and pick the one I liked the most. The delivery was great and I appreciated that there were separate packages because these boxes were HEAVY. It took awhile to put the desk together but the instructions were clear and straightforward and everything worked just fine. The desk itself is super impressive and makes working from home feel a little more pcoressional.

The drawer glides were installed by the manufacturer at the wrong heights so the file drawer would not close properly. I had to go and reinstall the glides so that the file cabinet drawer would fit. It made for a frustrating installation experience.

Everything was smooth. Purchased and was shipped out right away. Very pleased and would definitely order from you guys again.

The desk top was damaged on the first shipment. I received a new one, it was also slightly damaged. I kept it. I also had to dispose of the old desk top.

I love my desk but purchased both sizes of file cabinets as well and have found them to be wanting. The design looks nice but the functionality is lacking. Bottom drawers in both the short and tall cabinets do not work with hanging file folders that have name tab inserted. . the interior height of the drawer will not accept them. Seems slightly pointless to have 1/2 drawer that will not work for it's intended use.

The desk fits and operates nicely. The motor is a bit loud when adjusting height, but nothing unreasonable. Two of the three table pieces came with small chips on the edge and corners, which, unfortunately are quite noticeable. The table should include a wire outlet or hole for cables to be in a single location, and not just the under-table portion. Overall, decent but could be improved for the cost.
