I was initially not satisfied with the cabinet purchase because it was too shallow to accommodate file folder labels. Shirley with Vernal customer service reached out to me almost immediately. They have an updated design and replaced my cabinet. The new cabinet is perfect. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Thank you Shirley for excellent follow up and service!

I love my Vernal desk. I picked it because the I had been looking for a wider desktop (30") and was having trouble finding one that was one piece at a reasonable price. I found Vernal added everything to my cart and purchased without even thinking twice. (I had been searching for months. ) But when it arrived, I was amazed at how nice it was. It is beyond what I was expecting. It is heavy-duty, good quality, silent when it moves up and down, and it doesn't wobble-it's so sturdy. Pleasantly surprised was an understatement. I think this might be the first review I have ever written and I am happy to have done it for this desk. Now saving for the cute little filing cabinet!

Good large desk, smooth and sturdy! I really like it. Assembly was a bit difficult so I recommend you get help.

Once built, this standing desk is extremely sturdy and well designed. It has a good range of elevations and moves up and down smoothly, as shown on the site. It was a bit complex to build, but necessarily so to support all of the weight and motor-powered legs that make the desk so sturdy. It came in 3 boxes, which was necessary to break up the weight of it. Ours arrived with a small blemish indent on one part of the top, likely from shipping, but not enough to justify requesting replacement parts or returns. The desk took hours to build so I wouldn't want to disassemble it to swap out part of the top. Overall very satisfied with the product and the only small blemish can be easily covered up with a monitor or speakers.

The assembly was easy and took me around an hour to have everything set up!

This desk is the best one I've used to date. My only suggestion would be a slightly better cable management system; however, the overall desk is amazing. The file cabinet and office cabinet are a nice touch to my home office. I do not see myself buying another brand. I may try another one out to see what it's like, but the Vernal line will now be a staple for my home office.

The cabinet is well made and sturdy. I bought the taller cabinet with a file cabinet on the bottom and two drawers. The drawers hold plenty. However, the file cabinet is too shallow and you can't put labels on your hanging files. All of the files get pushed to the back of the cabinet. I would not recommend.

On the front end, everything looks great, and it's sturdy. That said, a design flaw is that because of the current design for the pullout shelf, there's no catch for it and so you can't utilize the entire shelf or pull it out as it falls out of its channels. Food for thought on an updated design would include somehow allowing for that drawer to be pulled all the way out without it tipping/falling.

Our desktop came damaged on top. Our credenza came with mismatch pieces and we are unable to build it. The desk does seem very solid and we love the look.

It is nice. I am just anxiously waiting for the L shaped Executive standing desk to come back in stock. Hopefully it will be soon so I can complete my office!

This desk exceeded my expectations. The build is rock-solid and noticeably sturdier than my last standing desk. You can immediately tell this desk is high quality by the desktop, which I chose Laminate-Light Walnut. I’m glad I chose Vernal over the other top brands after doing a major deep dive. Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering a standing L-shaped desk.

I’ve been using my Vernal standing desk with the maple hardwood top for a bit now, and honestly, I love it. The maple top is gorgeous in person - you can tell right away it’s real solid wood, not some thin veneer. It feels super smooth, well finished, and gives my setup a really warm, high end look. The desk itself is rock solid. There’s no wobble when I’m standing, even at higher heights, which was a big concern for me. The motor is quiet and smooth, and adjusting between sitting and standing is quick and easy. It handles my full setup without any issues. Putting it together wasn’t bad at all. Everything was packaged well, the instructions were clear, and all the parts lined up the way they should. Overall, it’s not the cheapest standing desk out there, but the quality really shows. If you want a sturdy desk with a beautiful solid wood top that actually feels like it’ll last, the Vernal desk in maple is 100% worth it! :)

Definitely one of the best standing desks on the market I am in love. I did get gifted the desk shelf which is okay since the tray doesnt hold on its own. The desk however is very sturdy and not the worst to assemble. I really liked having the extra depth rather than length. Shipping took a while but they were very transparent about it so no worries. They also respond very quickly and are very helpful. I plan to get their pc mount as well ;)

Vernal has one of the best customer service I have experienced. Order caster wheels for my standing desk and it was taking Fedex too long to deliver and they reached out to me first noticing my casters haven't arrived yet and sent another set right away.
