I have a large L shape desk and not a chair from Vernal. I have not had to deal with their support yet so I cannot give a more valid\realistic review.

Assembly took under 2 hours with 2 people

Outstanding customer service! I live in a somewhat out of the way area and had difficulties with arranging an installer. The folks at Vernal went above and beyond to make sure it got installed promptly.

This is a really good desk, Filing Cabinet and storage cabinet. I am thrilled with the quality, style and standing functions. It did take me about 6 hours to build the desk and a few hours to build the other two untis, but it is so worth it.

The shipping was faster than estimated. The desk is great! Sturdy and great quality. The assembly instructions were very clear and the process was very satisfying. It was lots of fun, and the cord management kit is a must get.

I have 3 file cabients all from vernal. 1 short and 2 tall. One of my tall ones is wide and one is normal but they are not the same height. Although it is a great product and it doesn't nessacarly matter, it just bugs me.

Great company to do business with. Their desk and other produces are well made and easy to assemble.

The desk is solid and seems to be a good quality. Just this picture online. I also purchased access accessories, including the cord, organizer and shelf, and I’m very happy with my set up. Highly recommend.

Vernal Core3 Standing

Great service. In-depth shipping information given at every stage. All parts arrived on time.

Out of the four stand up desks that I researched, this one was the least expensive, but kept getting the best reviews! I even watched a few comparison YouTube videos and they all raved about the quality. I am so glad I listened! This desk was relatively easy to put together (it is extremely heavy, though, so you definitely need two people). The directions were idiot proof. And it is solid. The motors work very efficiently and are pretty quiet. I can raise the desk while talking on a video call and no one can hear it. Lots of real estate for multiple monitors. Heck, I even have multiple computers on it. The only downside is that they do not offer the desktop surface in black. Otherwise I give it 9. 9/10!

Great customer service, very fast delivery and item just as described

Good packaging for shipping. Tracking what comes when was a little confusing with all of the emails. Instructions on building pieces is good but can use some proof reading as errors were found with images/directions of parts. Extra directions were included for other models which was a tad confusing at first. For the price of the executive desk I would expect a better quality wood to be used but it is nice. The cable hider for the executive desk is a little small.
