Review is for the service not the tap, had to send it back as wasn’t the colour I had expected looking at the picture online but £30 to send it back is a joke, how does it cost that to post it back and the return service was awful I had to email to remind them I had not had my refund which was not answered and then telephone two more times to chase them up for my refund and this all cost me £30!!!!

Fast delivery and decent price

This is the 3rd boiler I've bought in 3 years. I change the filter every 3 months and descale every 6 months. However the unit has now broken down twice and been replaced twice, usually around month 13/14 in it's lifecycle. However a premium unit costs around £1500 and this unit costs £120. So it would effectively take 10-15 years before price became an issue. If I continue to buy a new unit every time it breaks down it still works out cheaper to buy this one.

Poor quality machine. Leaks via the chilled water outlet and permanently dribbles even when turned off. I am still awaiting my refund 😡

If I could award a minus score for both their products and for their awful customer services I would!!! Simply Awful!!! Purchased an expensive boiling water tap and boiler for £550, August 2013, apparently it only has warranty for 12 months(tap is 2 years, so not very well displayed and have contacted trading standards as there practices are not up to standard and hope they are dealt with accordingly). . most other brands are at least 2 years, most are 5 years! They insisted i pay them for a new boiler and insisted it was out of warranty and we didn’t install filters on time which we did. They could have handled this so much better but they barely tried and didn’t care, but I will be sharing this review on every platform i can find and will also be contacting my bank to see if chargeback is possible as this product is not fit for purpose. It is also spitting boiling water(when it did work) after the tap has been turned off which i believe is a health and safety issue and can cause bad burns. I would mist definitely recommend purchasing elsewhere, i really am surprised at their trust pilot score, from my experience!

Bought 3in1 boiler tap in January 2024. I stopped working 16 months later. I was given no alternative only to buy another. Even though we live in a soft water area and I had changed the filter as per the manufacturers guidance. In reality this firm gives no guarantee other than the normal consumer rights for one year. Do not buy from this supplier!
