First of all I’d like to say the benefits of this protein are wonderful and it makes me feel good. I don’t have gut rot, there isn’t weird aftertaste or synthetic tastes, there aren’t cramps or other gi issues. And the ingredients are awesome. I only took a star off because the texture is slightly gritty. But the benefits truly outweigh the texture. And I did the full 2 scoops a day and actually looked forward to it. I wasn’t dreading it at all. I’d buy it again. Most plant protein isn’t super smooth anyway. Two thumbs up. I actually feel good drinking this.

I'm on my 2nd bottle and I do feel things changing. . . less cravings, less food noise. I take it in the morning, so I'm thinking of changing my timing to afternoon, so that I feel it working more throughout the day. Good things take time, and I think this has been a helpful addition to aid me in achieving my goals.
