Just a week or so in and can update when I’m further along in it and so far I feel like some days it’s working better than others and the scale is holding steady so looking forward to more consistency and the drop on the scale. Drinking a gallon of water, weight lifting 3x week and doing 30 min walks 5-8x a week, adding in more protein and still focusing on fiber and probiotics. We’ll see.

I don’t have any mood type symptoms, so just looking at appetite, belly fat and energy; I am improving in all aspects of those areas, but not tremendously…… if it continues, I’ll continue to buy this

Can’t tell a difference yet. I have only been taking it for 10 days but notice no difference. I am going to give it the 90 days but so far no change in weight or anything else.

I have been taking these pills for a week, my weight is the same, I feel that my appetite has decreased, but sometimes I have a craving so I cannot give an exact opinion I want to wait the month to see how it works for me
