Snickerdoodle is my favorite cookie and so I immediately loved the new protein shake aka cookie in a glass. I'll have to try baking with it next, but for now I will happily sip my cookies and enjoy the benefits.

I’ve been on GLP-1s in the past, and after trying countless metabolism boosters over the years, this is honestly the closest I’ve come to experiencing that same lack of cravings - which has been incredibly hard for me to achieve otherwise. So far, I’m liking it after less than a month of use.

I've only been taking this for one week but so far have lost 2 lbs and feel that my cravings for sweet foods after eating a meal have gone down pretty drastically. Appetite is still normal (which is good!) and I haven't had any negative side effects.

I am only 1. 5 months into trying metabolism unite but I do think I have less cravings and want to keep taking it!

I’ve been on it 2 weeks see some results my food noise has decreased

I’ve seen slow and steady improvements since taking it. I’ve also been exercising more and drinking less. Hard to know for sure but I think it’s really helped.

I’ve been taking Veracity for about a month now, while also instituting calorie counting and moderate exercise. I have lost 0. 5 pounds which I was kind of surprised (even without a supplement, I thought I would’ve been further along). I do have pretty good energy despite the lower calorie intake, and I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’m going to stick with it and see how it goes.

Just started using a week ago. I’ve already dropped a few pounds so pretty pumped. My supply has not been affected thus far either so even better! Looking forward to seeing more changes!

So far so good, although I'm hoping for more positive changes soon. I am on my second bottle of Metabolism Ignite, and took Metabolism Cleanse for 10 days with the first bottle. I feel a little lighter/less bloated in the abdomen and am able to sustain my fasting window easier. However, despite working out and eating a very clean diet (no refined sugar, grains, or processed foods) I haven't seen weight loss yet. I hope by the third bottle I see this since I need to drop 15-20 pounds. No bad side effects which is a plus for me since I often react poorly to supplements!
