First of all I’d like to say the benefits of this protein are wonderful and it makes me feel good. I don’t have gut rot, there isn’t weird aftertaste or synthetic tastes, there aren’t cramps or other gi issues. And the ingredients are awesome. I only took a star off because the texture is slightly gritty. But the benefits truly outweigh the texture. And I did the full 2 scoops a day and actually looked forward to it. I wasn’t dreading it at all. I’d buy it again. Most plant protein isn’t super smooth anyway. Two thumbs up. I actually feel good drinking this.

I'm on my 2nd bottle and I do feel things changing. . . less cravings, less food noise. I take it in the morning, so I'm thinking of changing my timing to afternoon, so that I feel it working more throughout the day. Good things take time, and I think this has been a helpful addition to aid me in achieving my goals.

Before I work out in the mornings, I don't want to have a big, heavy meal, but like to have some fuel on board that is very protein-forward. The Veracity protein powder helps me do just that! I don't make a shake, but rather mix it with just a little bit of water and this protein-packed "pudding" is high in flavor & boosts my energy. My blood sugar levels also stay very balanced so it gets my day started right!

I have taken Metabolism Ignite off an on for about 6 months now. Initially I didn't think I could afford the monthly subscription, but the longer I have taken it the more I realize this should just be included in my regular budget of necessities. The increase to energy was within days of taking it, and now, looking back on what I was like about 6 months ago, I realized my cravings are WAY less now.
