I’ve been taking Ignite for 1. 5 weeks and don’t notice any difference in my appetite/cravings or energy. The only noticeable change is that I am suddenly getting yeast infections! Nothing else has changed, so under the advice of my doctor I have stopped taking the pills. Pretty disappointed.

Fish oil pills are good

Unfortunately this product did not work for me, After 2 months just can’t justify the cost, did not lose a single pound or notice a decrease in cravings or an increase in energy. Although it did not work for me, quite possibly could work for others.
