Our experience with Vego was great! Shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Product was in great shape.

I LuvLuvLuv my garden on wheels. Was easy to assemble with “three elves” working a total of 4. 5 hours to finish. Sure is fine to look at!!! As a resident of zone 6, will not be adding soil for ten days.

Shipping was prompt. One box arrived damaged with one piece inside also damaged. A replacement part was promptly send. What impressed me the most, however, is how Vego Garden assures additional purchases are correctly matched to past purchases. For example, I purchased the 8X3 elevated garden bed. A few weeks later I ordered an irrigation kit for that bed. I promptly received an email indicating a possible issue with that order. I called Customer Support who told me that while that irrigation kit was correct for the bed, I ALSO needed two clamp sets because it was an elevated bed! Had they not followed up to question the order, I would have received the irrigation kit but fitting would have been problematic, thus precipitating additional phone calls. Fantastic Customer Support!
