I absolutely love this hose. It is compact and kink-resistant, which was one thing that disappointed me about my other retractable hose. It came packed securely in mint condition. When I'm in the market for another retractable hose, this is definitely my new go-to.

Vego is a very responsive company and great to deal with on any issues. My only complaint is the amount of plastic that is used on the beds for shipping. ,. . . getting the plastic off of the inside of 14 new beds was not an easy task.
