BMW documented the vehicle as unsafe to operate in the repair order due to the missing exhaust plugs, and Valvetronic took the situation seriously and acted without delay. Communication was clear, professional, and focused on safety. I appreciate how quickly they helped resolve an issue that originated from improper installation by a third-party shop.

Fast shipping, responsive customer service and good build quality. Note: one of my exhaust hangers didn't line up with the stock mounting point , however this was solved with some prying and bending of the exhaust system hanger location.
