I wanted to return a part that I had gotten and I had to email them and I had to wait for their labels to return it. And I returned it like almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got my refund and I haven't heard anything from them even though I emailed them asking them if they had gotten my the part back.

Even after they got my VIN#! My search for a window latch for the back passenger window lead me to Valley Parts, but they switched the part from passenger side window to driver side which I didn't notice until the part arrived. What's up with that! So, I emailed the company to start the RMA over a week ago and I have not heard back from them nor do I expect to. Time to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Worst online experience, because they don't even acknowledge the customers existence after the sale.

Looking for Ford floor mats for my new 2024. Found Valley Parts to have a good price and stock available. Shipping was quick. Package arrived safely. I’m pleased with the results of these mats in my truck.
The people were great to work with, the issue is with the part and part number itself. 1. ordered the part using the part number on the web. Order was cancelled due to a part number suffix change which was not on the web site. 2.ordered part with new suffix and then there was an issue with shipping. USPS cannot deliver a package that size (incorrect info on your end again). 3. Ordered the part the 3rd time once shipping was corrected. The best part of the ordeal is, that your employee, Sharon, rushed the package to shipping to get it out on the 3rd try. Like I said the people were good the ordering process was the problem.

My part was fine(I hope). The box used to ship was destroyed from within. No packing material to prevent movement.
Order th The wrong part. But it cost more to return it. So I keep the part and bought the correct part somewhere else. You guys lost me as a customer.
They sent a part that wasn’t made correctly
First they shipped an auto transmission instead of a long block engine delaying my install for a month, then it has a lifter tick in #1 cylinder. They said , " It's just a lazy lifter, it'll go away." It didn't. Now it's out of warranty and I really don't expect them to stand behind their product.
