Part was damaged Premolded hose was kinked by being folded to fit small envelope for shipping It took several days of heat and clamps To repair most of damage

Both motors arrived in excellent condition, were new versions of the exact same motors I had removed, ad worked perfectly. Excellent product and arrived in a timely manner!

The part I ordered was not in stock as the website led me to believe. There was even an option to overnight the part. I had to wait for the part to be delivered to Valley before it was shipped to me. I emailed customer service when I figured out it wasn’t shipped within 2 days and they responded quickly.
