Parts did not ship as advertised on the site. When I messaged asking for an update I never received one. Then I called and got bounced around and told to call another number for RAM parts. When I finally got some one there they said my order got "lost" which is why it hadn't processed and that they would ship it the next day. They did not ship it the next day it was the following week and luckly they UPS it to me because my order finally arrived 1 day before we were moving out of state.

I was very pleased to received my parts in a timely manner. It may getting the work done on my car completed sooner so that I could actually return work earlier than expected. I was pleased with customer service reaching out to let me know that the parts had to be shipped over from the warehouse to them prior to shipping, so I knew to expect a little delay.

On line ordering needs to have a way to select pick up in store instead of automatically shipping the part and adding in the shipping cost.
