Great product

I received an email about 2 weeks ago saying that my order was shipped and UPS tracking said that they haven't received the package. I contacted USCARCOVER 4 days ago via email and I haven't received a reply

Delivery and such was good. The cover itself seems good, but there are a few things, which possibly could be worked out better in the design. For example the area where the mirrors are, also, when it rains a rain-lake collects on the cover above the truck bed. Some special drain holes might be better. Also I did not expect the bugles for the tie down to be attached and I hope they will not scratch the paint by taking the cover off. We like that the cover is sitting snug on the truck and the material is soft on the inside. We hope it will last long with the intense sun we have in the South.

I am a 12-15yr repeat customer. You Shipped incorrect product. I let Carcover know immediately. Exchange or could offer a discount. 1 week later was still arguing with me and no progress. Now I want to cancel order and will go another direction. No more Car Cover business from me.

1st experience with this company and the support service exceeded my expectations. The product itself is high quality but fitment wasn’t for the rear bumper. However the company responded quickly, asked for additional pictures and measurements and sent the replacement. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Love the product

Nice cover! Closer to universal than custom fit. Could be more fitted on the nose. i just tucked in the grille and hood area like a present. Not sure about zippers on side mirrors drivers side was blown out. Good thing they are self-repairing not sure. The driver door gets pulled apart when fitting cover pass the bumpers. Going to sew in a velcro safety strap. Still a nice cover for $150

Online store and delivery was good but the car cover was overall too big for my car. I put in the proper vehicle information apron ordering but in the end I had to cut both sides and have it resewn to make it fit properly. Which cost me more $. Would not have ordered it if it wasn’t custom to my vehicle.

I needed to return my cover. I no longer needed it. I just had my car painted. I was advised by the body shop that a new paint job should not be covered for at least 6 months. I was given a full refund.

Great cover

Ordered the Dashield Ultimum for my 2012 mini cooper. It was a great price, arrived quickly and fits well. I was scared of the wind, but the straps held tight.

The cover was not custom fit for my particular model of car (V70R vs. V70, the R has spoilers, the non-R models do not), and there are no cutouts for the side mirrors.
