It was not great at all , started to tangle up pretty much a couple weeks into wearing it, and wore it everyday cuz i waitress a need it up for work! I have ordered b4 a loved it, this one sucked an also it was very expensive !! I have an account with you guys under Lori Galbraith , but when purchasing this hair I didn’t use my account I just ordered directly on line

They blended perfectly with my hair. The extensions were a great quality and curled and held shape very well. My only comment would be that the colour name, *dark blonde* the extensions aren't dark blonde. They are very bright blonde with some dark blonde low lights throughout. That is my only comment. The colour naming /description should be more accurate. Otherwise, customer service was quick and very helpful. Absolutely recommended these extensions to my hair salon/friends. Thank you! I have the clips and this pony tail. It looks so perfect! Even friends that does not see me in long time told me: Wow hour hair is so long and beautiful. They didn’t notice because blend so perfectly.

Purchased for my wedding. Tape was awful and they fell out immediately. I used a professional and she said she's never seen tape like that. I tried to contact customer service for help but they said I had to pay to send it back so they could test it to see whether or not there's a problem. I told them I wasnt paying to return a defective product and Id send it back with a shipping label and risk them saying it's not defective to at least try to work with them and now they're not answering me

Hair is nice but tape doesn't hold the hair in place. Hair falls out. Had to use different tape to fix this problem.
