Shipping was great

They were nice but no matter what I tried, they stayed rolled together. Consrant need to brush them to keep seperated. I used the proper shampoo to clear out any residues but nothing helped

Shipping was quick, hair arrived in perfect condition, email updates were accurate and sent often, the hair itself came the wrong colour tho

Hair was not the colour it was in the photos and I unfortunately I was too excited for my extensions and didn’t see the tester peice before I opened the bag. They ARE purple but there are NOT the purple in the photos! They are super deep purple in bright white lighting but without lighting they look blue Wasn’t able to use them
