Wouldn’t go a day without them!
I have been in and taking mannatech products for over 15 years. the products keep getting better.
The latest call went great she was so helpful! Took an hour giving me passwords, helping with all the mixups that mannatech changed, with addresses, and chargecards etc. very patient in making all the changes.
My issue is still unresolved. Have been waiting for a return label to be issued. It is now June 2 and still have not received any kind of response. Received and was charged for 3 subscriptions orders.
Since the new system has been put into place, I haven’t been able to make changes to my auto order and when I call customer service, I can’t get through (left on hold) and when I have left my number for a call back, nobody returns the call.
I appreciate very much that your team was there to help when I encountered a bit of a snag with my order. Issue resolved completed to my 100% satisfaction. Thank you very much.
Still do not have product that they said my 2 auto orders did Not ship and do not know why. Eversince you changed the Webb site there has nothing but problems
Even though new system caused some hiccups, the rep we talked to knew how to navigate the system and help us with orders for our three accounts. he was very patient and thoughtful as he assisted with our problems. Thank you for having a great customer service rep!! :-)
I’ve had to call customer service to simply place my subscription order. It used to be easy to do this. . .
Prices and compensation are no longer worth the product. Therefore we have to look elsewhere.

My subscription came in 5 days!
I’m not sure why a regular subscription will not automatically renew each month. I’ve followed all the directions as indicated, yet each month I have to go in and enter it again. Very frustrating. This worked for years, but no more.
I'll be calling customer service to MAKE AN ORDER - I've been using product every month since 1887 - new webpage is TERRIBLE
No Real Customer Service, everyone passes the ball and no clear understanding of who is running the company, its financial department or monitoring customer service representatives who when speaking with them are very scripted, like robots reading & repeating same their lines.
Easy to order, arrived quickly.
Great products!
Im having trouble doing a one time order to use my reward points. I'll try calling customer service tomorrow.

Now that I am familiar with it, I find it easy to use. It was confusing at first.
