I have always found they have great customer service. If product arrives damaged they have always replaced. It happened with firm. It had sprung a leak at seem. Called and replaced. High standards and quality products.

Prices continually increase . . . and I miss the Phyt-Aloe Complex. Having entered my association with Mannatech fairly early in its conception, I'm a "hanger-on" to some of the founding products. What I continue using is above reproach.
