i love these products, they have really helped me. yes, they are expensive but i think they are worth it. my only issue is with their shipping department. i placed an order and paid extra for 2-day shipping since it was during a heatwave and they sent them ground by mistake and it took 7 calendar days to come. then i had to go thru a lengthy process to return them and place another order right away. will still continue to buy from them but i hope the shipping goes more smoothly next time . . .
