Always polite and always solves my problems.

The representative answers to my questions exactly what I need to know, and they ship so quickly.

All good.

The people in the office that you call for answers to problems you might have are AWESOME! They are always so willing and eager to help you.

Your website is still not easy to maneuver. Love your products, otherwise I wouldn’t be ordering from your difficult website. I couldn’t use my reward points.

Really don't like the flavour. Grandkids won't take them. Try again!

Good quality and delivery

Last month my husband’s order got shipped to our winter address even though I hadn’t changed the address. My order came to the correct address. When I was updating my September order, my address had been changed by you to my winter address. Fortunately, I caught it & changed it to the correct address. I don’t know what’s happening, but this is not acceptable.
