Monitor was in pieces upon receipt - front bezel and stand had come apart and were easily put together with a little thought and care. Unit works well. Computer was also in easily repairable pieces, but there should be a mini manual (setup guide) of sorts for the model, not just a generic sheet of very broad instructions. It would be nice to know the specs of the actual thing and have some "how to" instructions. A sheet with identification of the ports and any variations would also be nice. Setup is a nail-biter, since you are never really SURE that Windows is activating. Power cord for compuiter was noticeably missing, and should be included for those who do not keep stuff like that (like I do). Overall, good value for dollars invested, but a bit more do-it-yourself-y than I like.

I bought a laptop and a desktop. Very happy with them, but suggest they do a better job packaging them for shipment.

The shipping was within the expected window they said. There was only one small thing I didn't expect was a fee because it was shipped from Canada. But it may just because I missed it. It was under $5 USD. So truthfully it wasn't that big of a deal.
