I like the computer. Everything functions as it should. I needed tech knowledge about the system because I had been out of the loop on advances in technology for maybe ten years or so. I received help that I describe as "Above and Beyond. " The tech that helped me was patient and able to speak at a level that I understood. I highly recommend this company. The payment system worked without a hitch, the help after the sale was superb and I definitely would buy from them again. Thank you!!!

Got what we asked for in a timely manner for a good price

Started out fine, reasonable price, fast shipping, discount, but, everything changed when I found out that Windows 10 was not going to be supported as of Oct. 14/2025. Funny thing about the refurbished desktop, is that I haven't even taken it out of the plastic yet. I purchased the computer in Dec. 2024, just haven't got around to setting it up. I figured, well, I will see if they will just upgrade to widows 11, even if I had to pay something, nope, the computer I purchased will not support Windows 11. Ok, how about I trade that computer back in and get a Windows 11 computer, even if I had to pay more money, nope #2, we don't take trade ins or exchanges. But of course they deny not knowing Windows 10 was going to be not supported and also, of course, they apologize if this has caused any inconvenience. I don't mind taking some blame for not looking more thoroughly, but I most certainly would not recommend this company, very disappointed, so much for customer support after the fact.

Great customer service. They didn't even hesitate to offer a return of a product less than 24 hours after I turned on the computer. Turns out, the problem was my error.
