Got the windows laptop to use with a Canon printer. Can't seem to get them to function together.

Would highly recommend. Will be a return customer in the future. Order was received on time and the unit was in excellent condition, good as new. Works great. The laptop just needed to be charged when received to start using. Once charged the unit works as good as new, much faster than the netbook that it is replacing.

Computer didn't work

Excellant product selection for used computers. Perfect preperation of the computers and easy to setup. Only fault, the foam packaging in the box is lacking to properly protect the full tower computers. My last one case bouncing around in the box, ouside the foam packaging. Fix that, and you would have a solid 5 stars from me.

Shipping was pretty fast and I had no need to contact customer service which is a pleasant and rare experience. I doubt that many customers leave dissatisfied.

The monitor arrived quickly and was well protected. A Displayport cable was included which was not listed but much appreciated.

My HP ProDesk seems to be a solid computer; no issues so far. Easy to install MS Office as well. Shipping may have taken a little longer than I anticipated, but all's well that ends well.

I'm very happy with the customer service and delivery, but not crazy about the product.
