Couldn't get free shipping even though site said over $75.

The PERFECT white/cream linen dress. My biggest concern was the quality and it being see through — not see through even in the slightest and so soft and high quality. It shipped fast and was priced perfectly. Straps are also adjustable which is a huge plus. Would recommend to anybody!

Trying to browse for a specific model of shirt, I found the search engine woefully lacking. Though I eventually discovered there were many colors available, I had to search multiple times. Overall, the searching was very clumsy and the website in general was clunky and time-consuming to navigate. On a related matter, I needed to return one item and the receipt I got explaining how much refund I would receive was essentially incomprehensible. Though the shirts are great, shopping here was not conducive to imagining another visit.

It is very hard to order online but O'Neill makes it easy. I love the quality of the swimwear. . I love the way it feels even when wet. When it doesn't fit and I exchange for a different size, I was refunded my shipping costs. What a shocker.

Never received order and not getting any held from either O’Neill or UPS. Each keeps telling me to talk to the other. Very disappointed in the customer service. I still can’t get an answer.
