I have worn rip curl and billabong in the past. Decided to buy a spring suit for Hawaii surfing and yes I love the spring suit but the board shorts I tried out are the most quality Ive every worn.

I accidentally had this shipped to my son and need to return. He was coming to our home and a neighbor of his held the package. I made a second and third order to be sent to my home in another city. Purchased five shirts long size don’t fit was never worn that was told. I cannot return them because the tags were off.

Excellent product. Not one thing was sent back. My membership level included free 2 day shipping and customer support resolved the issue immediately when I was charged. We are an O'Neill household.

The items from O’Neill are good however I don’t agree with not being able to use my 500 points to get $50 off because of my subtotal being under by 5 cents I mean even saying it sounds ridiculous but atleast I was able to apply 300 points just wish I would of actually been able to use my full 500 points I was looking forward to more purchases but ngl this was a bit discouraging

I think you know my thoughts I am not very happy with your company’s decision as to how to handle my problem since my shirts were never worn although it’s true I dispose of all the tags I feel they should’ve made an exception and exchange them for me so I’m not happy with your company’s decision and that’s my review. I loved the design on 2 of my new shirts, but the material was way too thin.

The entire product line is great quality and I tend to stock up especially on tees when sale prices are offered. The shipments are received in a timely manner and the and the free shipping options are appreciated. I have been a customer for many years and look forward to additional seasonal items being offered. The occasional emails received are done in a timely manner and spaced out as to not just fill your in box. Each item comes packaged in a way to keep them ready to wear. The actual order process is effortless, and the website is clear and easy to work with.

The Hat didn't come with a stiffening insert. Would be nice if it did since it was smooshed. The clothes were awesome.
