I was so enamored with the first boxy fit shirt I bought, I had to come back for another and it's just as good. Fantastic 90s era fit, genuinely good fabric, and obviously a killer O'Neill design. I have no fear of wearing this shirt out because it actually feels built to last! More boxy shirts, please!!

I received an email saying my points were expiring so I went online to get the shorts. Everytime I tried to sign in to my account it said it wasn't possible and try again. After numerous attempts I gave up. It had my name and address but wouldn't let me access my account with the points.

We still received the wrong hat, I had already emailed it was supposed to be the logo on the website that says, "Waves on the Brain"

Itsy bitsy teenie …I am an adult size medium in tops and bottom for most swimsuits. I ordered the blue bikini in a size M. It was too tiny! I exchanged it for large and it wasn’t any better so third times a charm! I decided to keep the size D top even though I’m still a little too chesty in the top. The color is pretty so I kept it. I probably won’t buy another bikini again. I do love the clothes though!

I purchased a bikini and a jumper for my trip to Spain & both looked great. I was happy to see the print for the swim top came in the side-tie bottoms I liked the most. Shipping was timely & arrived before our trip.

Beware if you place an order with 2 payment methods and plan to make a return. I placed an order with a gift card and credit card. When I returned a few items from the order, I reached out to request the refund be applied to my credit card (so that the gift card would be used on the part of the order I kept). The customer service representative Samantha refused to refund to my credit card, and said it is their policy to refund to giftcards first, and she would not adjust despite my request. I’ll be avoiding this store from now on :)

I was so pleased with the experience. I messed up, ordered too small and was able to speak with someone on the phone, print my return label, order new sizes in 2 of the 3 pairs I originally ordered, and get a refund on the 3rd pair that was not available. I was very impressed with the entire process and I honestly only buy my board shorts from O’Neill. Best quality, best founder, best family.
