The Hat didn't come with a stiffening insert. Would be nice if it did since it was smooshed. The clothes were awesome.

Great shorts I received. Only problem is they run small in the waist. I normally wear a 36 but had to send back and order size 38.

Shorts are great run a little big. Read the reviews that they run a little large. Headed out for a trip and needed them. Ordered another pair a size smaller. Returned the larger pair as they do run large. Didn't receive a full refund even though I ordered another pair.

The second pair of shorts I bought tore as well in the same area as the first pair I bought.

Been a llife-long fan of EVERYTHING O’Neill. Their stuff seems to get better with time! I particularly like their TRVLR Series. These shorts are AWESOME, and I hope they come in more colors someday!

I like your site, but I feel that returning a package should not cost us anything. It should be free return since we pay shipping to get here. We shouldn’t have to pay shipping to return.
