I received my order quickly as expected. Everything was packaged correctly except one shirt. I ordered an XL but received a small. This was the first time this has ever happened to me. I printed up the return up and hopefully I will receive the size I ordered soon. O’Neil always has great customer service so I hope to get my order soon.

Hi Really like your hybrid pants and could change out all my pants with these if there were more colors. I just ordered the Reserve Heather Hybrid Shorts in High Rise, a light grey-white-taupe. Lighter than the Hybrid Khaki. The Hybrid material is so easy to wash, dry and come out without any wrinkles.

Cheap t shirt material

I received an email offer with free shipping from O’Neill, so I ordered the items that I wanted and then realized I was charged for shipping. When I call customer service, they were extremely rude, and even though I gave them my code, they were not willing to refund the shipping charges. Then, about a week later, the items that I purchased went on further sale than the price that I had ordered them. I called to request a price adjustment and the associate could not help me with that either. As a result, I’ve ended up initiating a return for this item with O’Neill and will never shop here again. I have reordered the same exact items through another retailer that honored the sale price as O’Neill had and offered free shipping. O’Neill has lost a client for a lifetime. Terrible policies and awful people working for the organization. It’s obvious that this company is hurting for money. and saving every penny at the expense of the client experience.
