I love this candle and was so excited to receive it! What I did not care for? I placed my order and heard nothing from the company for over a week! Then the item finally shipped but seeing as it came from another country it took that much longer! So I would say your turnaround time is sincerely lacking

Terrible. Waiting since 14th February, its now 24th, for someone to help me with a pod that leaks and usb doesn’t fit. I’ve wasted half a bottle of oil and they aren’t cheap. I’ve sent pictures and still nothing from them.

Great website easy to order and arrives quickly. Fabulous products. My only wish is for samples! And maybe don't use the horrible tiny pieces of cardboard in the packaging as makes such a mess.
