Disappointed with NEOM. I placed an order for a birthday gift for my sister, to be delivered (I paid for next day delivery). The gift was not delivered next day and was not delivered to the correct address, the proof of delivery shows this. The delivery company was EVRI who were unhelpful is assisting and advising where and to who the gift was left. Totally awful customer service

Shipping is prompt enough, and so is customer service but refund for returns in case you have to will take a while.
