Neom products are always brilliant but what makes the even better is the outstanding customer service in particular a young lady called Flo! Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in forever. Thank you Flo!

Total waste of time and customer service is very poor. They only send a standard cut and paste reply to any query. Unfortunately as I did not have the receipt as it was a gift they were not interested in helping. Didnt even say I could purchase the missing item or a solution to get the mini pod to work. save your money and buy one from some where else that cares. Shame on you Neom, only interseted in profit.
