I was bombarded with Neom advertisements on Facebook. I ordered gifts on 11th December. They arrived in my city on the 18th. Ordinarily a courier would deliver the next day but by the 24th, the parcel had not arrived. The courier that Neom chose to use was not a company I’d ever heard of. I had wanted one of the gifts for a relative who had to be on a restricted diet over Christmas so they could “feed” their sense in other ways and now had no gift for them and for a friend. I contacted Neom in desperation. I made it clear the parcel was not lost, just delayed. They promised to explore solutions “including options for expedited delivery or compensation”. I received another email on the 24th offering me a refund or to send a full replacement. I asked for a replacement in reply and mentioned it would be “great if I could receive it by the 28th” since I was would see my relative again then. Nothing happened. On the 27th, I received a third email saying they could not have a replacement delivered by the 28th and asking of I still wanted it. I replied to say yes, please send it. I got no reply until the 30th when my parcel that had been stalled for nearly two weeks was now out for delivery. They asked if I still wanted a replacement. I replied to say that it was offered six days previously as compensation and I did want it. I received another email on the 31st noting they were pleased to see the original parcel had now been delivered and felt no need to do anything further. It was frustrating to have the parcel arrive so late at Christmas time when they’d advertised so heavily and didn’t use a competent courier, but even more so to have my time wasted writing emails for no reason. There was, in the end, no expedited delivery and no compensation despite their assurances. The courier was one I’d never heard of before.

Ordered 10th December now the 2nd Jan still not received my order

Amazing fast delivery and beautiful smell

Everything is fine. The delivery to Italy took a bit long.

I highly recommend NEOM wellbeing. The products are first rate, the customer service is second to non and the shipping is fast, efficient, beautifully packaged and the delivery man i dealt with in DPD, Fergal, was an absolute gentleman.

I bought in the Kildare outlet, there was a young girl there that was a credit to the brand. So knowledgeable and down to earth and an excellent ambassador for the Neom brand.

I ordered two wellbeing pods and never received them. I contacted Neom to see where they were and they stated that the order was never received which is unusual as I received a tracking number and shared this with them. I think I was communicating with a robot via email as when I mentioned that it could potentially be fraud and asked for somebody to contact me the response was that they would but they never did. After emailing back and forth for a considerable length of time and not hearing from anybody via phone as requested I contacted my bank who returned my money but confirmed it was Neom Organics a legitimate company and it wasn't fraud. I'm so disappointed as these were gifts for my family and I was looking forward to receiving them. However the most disappointing part of this process was the customer service.
