Wrong item sent, no response from customer service
I ordered 4 items. 3 arrived correctly, and I am satisfied with them. The 4th item should have been a shoe rack, but I received some small item hanger instead. Sent an email to customer service via the JJ website, but after a week, I've still had no response whatsoever.

I love this company!! The products are so functional and reasonably priced, and the shipping was nice and quick. Everything was also responsibly packaged without so much waste. I originally shopped Joseph Joseph through Amazon, until I found that there was a larger range of products consistently available at better prices on the Joseph Joseph website. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

I paid $27. 95 for a Dish Brush with Steel Stand. I ordered this in December 2024. I have still not received the item. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and have not received a response. I would like to either receive the item, receive a response or get a refund.

Cute design, little padding.
The product is the perfect size for my tabletop, has a cute design, and folds up for easy storage. However, the cover has very little padding. This is great for small amounts of ironing, but after extended use the fabric can become very hot to touch, transparent, and the metal grate below shows through. I wish there were a thicker wool pad insert I could use with this ironing board.
