Love these buckets. We bought them 11 years ago and use them almost every day (wash dishes, hand laundry). We needed to replace “plug”. LOVE them!

I like the way it was shipped. No assembly required.

Products are great. Packaging for shipment is terrible. My dish drying rack arrived in a cheap paperboard box which was badly damaged in transit. Fortunately the rack itself survived the trip.

The items arrived quickly and packaged well. The instructions were easy to follow. Set up of both my hampers was easy.

Package got delivered but this one item was missing. I have reached out to customer service and followed up a few times but have received 0 responses so far. Quite disappointed at the lack of answers. . . still no item, no updates, not even a refund offer.
