The Hornit Airo is extremely light and appears to be a good quality product. The headset bearings needed greasing to make them run smoothly but I would happily recommend this product. Ordering and delivery was faultless and quick.

Just made a purchase of a 16" pedal bike for my grandson, the first being a balance bike. I bike a lot myself so am not a novice and i can assure you these bikes from hornit are(imo)the best kids bikes on the market, very well built and designed and manufactured with kids in mind. Very pleased.

I have purchased two bikes and a variety of accessories now and they have all been 5*. I even ordered the wrong size mudguards for one of my bikes and he managed to intercept the order allowing me to swap the size before delivery. I researched 20" bikes for my 6 year old grandson. Almost all have 6+ gears which is unnecessary at his age and usage. The 3-gear Hero is ideal. It's very well made and came well packaged and protected. Very easy to complete assemby. It's true - it is eye-catching - an attractive machine. I contacted customer service a couple of times and their response was prompt, comprehensive and totally honest. I thought Islabikes were good but Hornit and their Hero model, are at a higher level. The most important point - my grandson absolutely loves it. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
