Balance Bike
My son loves his balance bike. He takes it everywhere with him. He’s slowly growing in confidence and is taking his feet off the ground a bit more. It took me a long time to learn to cycle so I feel balance bikes are a great way to learn. The Hornit Airo is light and easy to carry around the park if he’s not on it. The red is a great colour. It’s very good quality. The handle bar did move out of position but after contacting customer service we adjusted it and it has been fine since. Prompt and helpful response from customer service which we appreciated.

Customer service was fab when
Customer service was fab when I need some advice, not being able to measure the heads of the children. Fast, prompt well tracked delivery. Good packaging, robust but not wasteful. All packaging fully recyclable. Would recommend this company and their helmets for all children.

Questionable...
There seems to be some kind of disconnect between the bike and having a horn. As loud as this thing is I know people hear it but at no point do I get a response... Distance and octave could play a part on this? I commute on a bike trail to and from work. Cars seem more likely to respond than fellow cyclists... Idk but while I do not intend on returning it, I can't say I would recommend it to others considering it's price/effectiveness ratio...
