Hestan nanobond Chef's Pan 14 Inches. This is a wonderful pan which is a pleasure to use. It's shiny and reflective and it cleans beautifully. It's a bit of an "Everything" pan. You can fry eggs and make soups and stir frys etc. I had the heat a bit too high until I learned how to use it properly and I got the rainbow discoloration but with a bit of vinegar it all disappeared. Did I mention it's really east to clean? It's incredible. I am converted. I got anoher Nanobond piece on the way. Finally for a bit of negatives: This IS a large pan. It flares out to about 14 inches. The pan is not very heavy and there is a "helper handle" to help with carrying, but yes it's quite large. It does not come with a lid and if you can't (or won't spend money) on the Hestan brand dome lid, there are universal lids you can buy if you search online. Also a word on capacity: I filled it with 5liters of water and it's close to the rim. This could be considered to be the most amount of fluid that can be comfortably cooked in it. I filled with with 6 and it does hold that but it was so full that if it was boiling or I was stirring, it would be in danger of spilling over. I would definitely not trust myself to walk with it when it was that full. This is just fluid of course, and if you were making soup etc, if you had other things in it, there would be that much less liquid. Conclusion: Wonderful pan which is easy to clean and can become a one meal pot for several people. Lifetime warranty and with proper use and be very nonstick. Be aware of size as it can be quite large.
