You authorized a return however you had to say it wasn’t recommended for clay. First i use it with polymer clay as very many other polymer clay artists do. And it had nothing to do with the clay. It was extremely loud. I’ve owned many in the past and know the difference. This one was defective. I sent a video showing the difference. So you weren’t doing me a favour for authorizing a return as you tried to make me believe.

I was so excited when I found somewhere that I could get parts for my OMRA COMBI 2700 but it turns out you don't ship to Australia so it doesn't matter how good my mincer might be, it's currently broken and I can't get pats, so it's now useless to me.
