The 20k capacity is more useful than a smaller bank, being able to actually top-up 2-3 devices. . . rather than barely keeping one phone alive. I like the inclusion of cables that cover the vast majority of devices and that they are always with the bank/available. I'm glad this unit was brought back into production, after some earlier challenges. I do wish the cables were a bit longer, so one didn't have to juggle the bank and the device being charged at the same time. But there are two more output port options, should this be absolutely necessary.

The one thing I have ever bought from anker that was bad, is because they recalled it. I'll take their word for it. Solid company that isn't just riding on name recognition like so many others.
