When it works, it works. It is a shame I cannot use on work laptop due to the Displaylink app.

Good primary product (the Anker Nano Power Bank (5K, MagGo, Slim), but poor usbc cord that I will toss. Also, I never got to spin the wheel to try to win an iphone because a partial refund for discount precluded the ability to spin. Not a big deal to me, but may be to others. I like Anker products as a whole.
