The flowers were delivered when they said they would be, they looked amazing, very fresh, and the vase was a perfect addition. My only comment would be. I added a note for the recipient and they did not receive it so with that being said had no idea who sent them sympathy flowers. I believe it is fairly important for these things to not be overlooked, especially in a time of mourning. Otherwise, a very good experience.

I’m currently outside the US and wanted to send a nice bouquet of flowers to my sister in the US. The flowers arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and looking fresh from the garden.

Fast, easy, and good quality

I checked “flexible for early delivery” or something when ordering, but the flowers arrived over a week before I needed them. The anemones and roses all died before the event I ordered them for, so I had to buy replacement flowers somewhere else. When I reached out to Urban Stems, they basically told me, “Tough luck. ” I’ll probably go somewhere else next time I need flowers.

I sent flowers to my sister, on her late husband's birthday to let her know I was thinking of her on a very difficult day. They arrived on time (10/31/2025), but by today (11/3/2025), they are almost dead. My sister loves flowers and is very diligent in taking care of them. I'm very disappointed in this experience.

Not what I was expected specially for the price. Grocery store flowers more like it.
