Loved my flowers this month. It perfectly encapsulated the fall foliage/energy and I loved the little note about the vogue collaboration. Flowers lasted a long time!

This was the first time I ordered from Urban Stems, but it will not be the last. I googled upscale arrangements delivered next day, and that is how I found Urban Stems. I wanted something special I didn't think I could trust with the larger online floral delivery. The recipient was thrilled with the arrangement and sent a pic, which looked beautiful. Thank you!

The sympathy bouquet I ordered was somehow stuck in the process and was not going to arrive on the requested date. I emailed customer service and they promptly investigated and apologized for the delay. They comped the order and sent it on an alternative date. The bouquet was spectacular and the customer service OUTSTANDING. I would not hesitate to order again from Urbansstems!

Shipping quick and packaging sturdy and protective

I have tried Urban Stems 3 times now and each time it has been an issue. I rarely post negative reviews, but given that this is always one of the top recommended flower delivery services, I feel the need to warn people. My deliveries have never arrived on time and have arrived in less than pristine condition. If they're not able to ship flowers effectively across the country, then they shouldn't advertise that as an option. I've been disappointed enough times now that I won't be shopping here agin. The only thing preventing me from giving 1 star is that the staff is always very quick to reply and try to remedy when something goes wrong, but unfortunately I just need something that doesn't go wrong in the first place.

Easy process with coupons and shipping info all being clear with excellent follow though. Pricey but so easy.

I selected multiple add ons and only one item was sent. A little disappointing given how expensive each item is.

The flowers were very pretty. However FedEx had a very hard time "finding" my daughters house. We have had many packages shipped to her with no problem, but FedEx repeatedly claimed the address was incorrect (it wasn't) and subsequently the flowers were delivered 3 days late and she was out of town. Urban Stems sent a new bouquet which was lovely, however since she was out of town by then she was unable to enjoy them and her birthday had come and gone already. They may need to look at a different delivery company?

You failed. Full stop. This is the second and last time I have allowed you to do this. When you are running late and miss the whole birthday or special day that I have trusted you with - it invalidates the purchase.

Delivered to wrong address. My daughter didn’t get her birthday flowers, though I’d made the effort to order in plenty of time. Quite disappointed they weren’t there for her special day. Delivery photo showed proof they’d been delivered to wrong address
