Great Asian Chicken salad! 🥗

The wrapped cheese burger and fries were fine but a little overcooked. Unfortunately I had issues with my order. First, let me say the staff were very nice. But when I arrived, they were working on a catering order and no one greeted or acknowledged my presence for over five minutes. I had to ask, "Hi, do I need to check in with someone for my order?" Then it appeared that they had packed my order into someone else's bag and it was no longer there. So I didn't get my burger until 11:25 so they could make me another order and I had scheduled it for pickup at 11am. There needs to be a way we can check-in with a human or on an iPad. I also would like to express my gratitude to the staff once they realized their mistake and quickly remade my order. But I felt someone should have offered me a drink for the inconvenience, especially as I was getting quite hungry. Also the reason I scheduled my order for 11am was I had a 11:30 meeting to attend (where I could bring my lunch) but I ended up late. Now that I know they are overwhelmed with catering orders at 11am, I will need to re-evaluate where I should order lunch if I wish to pickup lunch at 11am.

Food good (asparagus really good!), but utensils were included in our take-out order despite us specifically requesting none.

Awful. Chicken looked pink with skin and cartilage. The Brussels sprouts were hard and severely undercooked. Carrots were drenched in oil.

Good food, average service

I have been here 4 times in the past month. I have noticed that prices have increased in the short time they have been open. The main menu outside the restaurant all have stickers placed over the prices reflective that the price has been upped. The portion sizes have also shrank in each subsequent visit. I love the concept, ease, and the food has been mostly good, but before I renew my Plate Pass, I will need to determine if the downward trend is continuing or I just experienced a bad day or two in the kitchen
