Great service

Exactly what we had been searching for! Beautiful work! Arrived much sooner than expected. Thank you!!

The customer service is always great. The product comes well packaged. All of the pieces I have purchased have been lovely and high quality.

Beautiful, elegant, sturdy

The package was received with several puncture holes in the box. The item is wonderful, however, because the shipment was heavy and suffered a bit, my husband was able to file and repaint the edges that were scraped in shipment, prior to presenting the item as a gift. It wasn't difficult for him to fix, but could have been avoided if there was more protection (batting?) under more layers of bubble wrap around the decorative scrolls at the top of the tool stand. All else was in excellent condition!

Everything about my purchase so perfect! Easy ordering, shipping, packaging, delivery timing and product was fabulous!

I love the coat rack! It is classic and holds all my coats, scarves and some dog equipment! So happy to have an Urban Forge design.

Thumbs up

I purchased a gift and it was shipped quickly. The recipient loved it !!! Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service

The snail was delivered in a timely fashion and it was easy to work with Urban Forge in placing the order. They kept me informed on delivery status so it was easy to track.

Everything about the company is awesome! The people that work there and the products they make! Outstanding! Love my piece!

Spectacular table. Sturdy. Gift for my husband & he loves it!

The table is nice buy too heavily rusticized

Quick service!! A good company to trust.

Urban Forge is a top notch company pure quality. I gifted a piece to my Son and now you have a new customer. I have several pieces going back when company was known as Stone County Iron works.

Thanks
