The bed was delayed in production but the company informed me of the issues and new delivery date. Delivery men were very professional and assembled the bed upon delivery. The bed is gorgeous and the workmanship is wonderful.

The delivery guys were polite and efficient once they got to my home but it was a late delivery after a long day of work. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy it arrived, it would have been nice to have a more narrowed down time frame to work around.

The delivery folks were efficient and pleasant. A day at two later, we realized the top part of the frame wasn’t secured to the next piece. This was easily fixed with an allen wrench. I would like to get the assembly instructions for when we move and need to take it apart.

I was really impressed with the Sylamore Mug Tree. It is solid and substantial-nothing flimsy or wobbly—and the craftsmanship gives it a timeless, artisan look. The hooks are sturdy and well‑spaced, so even larger mugs hang securely without bumping into each other which is important for my mug collection. I'm planning on ordering the Twig Mug Tree next. Beautiful hand-made products which are hard to come by. Quick shipping and delivery was an added bonus.

I was initially interested in bar stools, because they could potentially be customized. Then I saw the coat rack, which is something I’ve been looking for. The coat rack is exactly as represented. Well built. Very well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition despite a large gouge in the box. Very satisfied.

Beautiful, elegant, sturdy

The package was received with several puncture holes in the box. The item is wonderful, however, because the shipment was heavy and suffered a bit, my husband was able to file and repaint the edges that were scraped in shipment, prior to presenting the item as a gift. It wasn't difficult for him to fix, but could have been avoided if there was more protection (batting?) under more layers of bubble wrap around the decorative scrolls at the top of the tool stand. All else was in excellent condition!
