I love my new canopy bed! It looks great and adds interest and height to my room. It was important to me that my new bed was made in the USA and I could support American craftsmen. Customer service is top notch! I reached out about a ding my bed received in transit and they immediately shipped me a repair kit. They were very on top of it and I could tell they care about their customers.

Urban Forge is definitely one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. The bed frame is beyond beautiful! I feel so grateful to be able to have something made with such care and expertise. The wrong bolts were sent accidentally, and Joshua was right on top of it and had the correct bolts shipped to us overnight. When I told him we could easily put the bed together ourselves rather than call out the (wonderful Blue Truck!) Shipping to put it together, he was able to get us a $150 refund. I was astounded by the professionalism and dedication of all the individuals involved in getting this bed frame in place. I cannot recommend Urban Forge highly enough!

Takes a bit to get your stuff. But hey, it’s made in the USA to order. It’s not some cheaply put together, overseas junk. This is high quality craftsmanship. Customer service is really, really great as well. Totally recommend.

I ordered a floor lamp and it’s beautiful! Love the craftsmanship. I am very happy with it ❤️. My only complaint was although it was nicely packaged,the light socket was bent but I was able to bend it back without damaging it. I would have preferred a black socket and harp as well.
