Dealing with Urban ebikes and with Chris in particular has been a delight! Right from the get go, the communication was prompt, clear and courteous. Being a novice to the entire eBike revolution, I needed a lot of help choosing between a dizzying array of bikes (I finally chose the Raleigh Motus Tour Step through). Can't rate the scooter and service more highly. Such an easy pleasant transaction and I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. The bike itself is incredibly nippy and well made. If I had one issue it would be how quiet it was as people don't hear me coming. Other than that excellent. And thanks for the mug nice touch.
