I've asked for a call back from service workshop 6 times now. . . Nothing. . . What's going on?

Have just ordered an eScooter after Joe went through the details over the phone. What Joe doesn't know about eScooters you couldn't shake a stick at! He had all the details to hand - knew all the answers - and was empowered to make the customer happy. Good on ya Joe! They are lucky enough to be in Rye, Sussex - but I'm putting in a request that they transfer to London! eBikes are the future and Urban eBikes will look after you. You just know - people like Joe are rocking-horse manure (sorry Joe!) and JoeJoe will make you GoGo!

3 months ago I bought a super soco tsx and now the battery is faulty, I calling many times and nobody solved my problem.

I bought a super soco TSX, firstly the delivery took more time and when I sent emails never answered just 1 day before of delivery, passed 1 month the registration plate was missed probably was not adjusted correctly again never sent emails never answered. Terrible service

I cannot fault the service I received from Urban E-bikes. Joe from maintenance services was very helpful in organising my tyre change at the time and location that suited me best, and Mark from the Shepherds Bush branch went out of his way to answer my questions and sort out the problem with my tyre quickly and efficiently. I am hugely grateful and can't recommend them highly enough.

Shocking service from start to finish miss sold me a bike and when i returned it over 5 weeks ago they will not settle the finance until i pay a further £330 to them even when a £300 deposit was taken. ignore emails and hold you to ransom to pay the charge well it will not happen the bike was not as described so under the 30- day return i am eligible for a full refund of deposit they still argue this even though no order form agrereing to terms and conditions has been signed terrible company even worse service

My second review since my last review I had my trailer up with out the wheels on inside , then a put the wheels on , then I took pippy for a ride around my street ,then I took her around a less busy rd , then a slightly busy rd , I still got to take her on a main rd and of rd , but so far so good and all in less than a week I am so proud of her ,she was strapped in but she was so calm considering she gets nervous, even though this is a dearer trailer that was the first as I wanted the freedom and safety to take her on a busy rd , but not on a dual carriageway as this would be stupid on my behalf , it very sturdy it would easily take 2 of pippy she medium but she as long legs ,I would recommend this trailer to anyone who wants to take their pet on a ride
