Was all good in the hood

I ordered a folding ebike at the weekend. I got a call from Elizabeth early the following week with details of delivery time, and a reminder call the day before delivery. The bike arrived in the advised one hour slot on the Thursday. The gentleman that delivered the (fully assembled) bike was great - he took a lot of time to show me how the bike operated and how to fold/ unfold it, which I really appreciated. I have had an after-sales email to check that everything is ok. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bicycle from Urban eBikes. And the bike is great too - the whole family has been using it!

All good and the delivery-time was adjusted to fit in round an important appointment I had. It was spooky having the scooter delivered at 8.30. in the evening .... after dark but it added to the excitement. My contact with urbanebikes was all good - thank you, Michael - and the delivery-driver was first class in all ways. I'm enjoying the scooter very much, too; it's living up to expectations and beyond although the fact it's electric means it has a quirk or two which need getting used to. Nothing serious or which spoils it, though. Very happy!

Everything is clear

With the company being close to London and living in Scotland this made checking that everything was okay before purchasing was not easy. My wife is only 5’2” tall so making sure that the bike would fit her without being able to try it first was somewhat of a challenge. Chris from Urbane bikes was very patient and did everything we asked including taking a series of measurements. Very pleased to say that all went well and the bikes arrived exactly when it was arranged. The company has been a pleasure to deal with.
