I was sad to hear that even un-opened products cant be returned for tha same exact style but smaller size. I havent ordered anything since 2021. I literally thought i was the same size. So fast forward to this year 2025 and i accidentally ordered the wrong size silicone tunnel. I wrote you guys and u said no exchanges even if un opened oh but if u want to order again. Im not gonna order again you crazy. Service has gone down! 👎Honestly if it isnt opened it should be exchangeable period!
