I have many ear piercings. I ordered some jewelry. Photos were not what the product was. I ordered a piece of jewelry for my hidden helix, and the bar was on the curve as if it would go in a vertical helix. I requested a refund. I waited about a month or so to get said refund just to discover that it is store credit. what am I supposed to do with store credit when I don't like anything that the store is selling? absurd way to handle things when I got a refund on my original payment form for the rest of my order.

Came as soon as I wished, and I wear them all the time! People love them and comment and compliment them all the time. BIG BEETLE ENERGY!!!

Jewelry is nice, delivery sucks. I know in today's age we're spoiled with 2 day shipping, but 14 days is a long time to wait for delivery.

Great selection, reasonable shipping considering how insane shipping costs have gotten, and really good products.

The plugs I got were both supposed to be AAA with a signature light flash in the stone. One was beautiful and had a bright flash of color… the other one was dull, gray only, and didn’t have any luminance or “flash” that I would have expected from a PAIR of plugs at this price range. If customer service would send me one more plug that is actually beautiful and grade AAA Labradorite like the other one, I would change my review to 5 stars. Sizing was correct.

I bought plugs from a different website and the quality doesn't compare to Urban body jewelry. I'm very glad I chose to order plugs from here and I will order again in the future
