About my experience with UBJ. There was an issue with shipping that significantly delayed the order. To be clear, it was no fault of UBJ yet they absolutely owned the challenge and made it more than right with us. I don’t measure a company by how well things go, I measure them on how they respond when things don’t. 10/10, 5 stars, and two thumbs up on their customer service. My favorite tunnels I’ve had! They are very wide so as someone with 28mm ears and thick lobes these give me plenty of wiggle room for my lobes to sit comfy around the jewelry.
