Online info was comprehensive and detailed. Light was shipped quickly and packed very well. Communication was top tier. Will def be back again!

Urban Ambiance did an excellent job of shipping our order in a timely manner. And, as mentioned in our review of the sconces, we were more-than-happy with the Customer Care provided by "Sarah. " She answered our questions promptly and also facilitated a replacement of a sconce which arrived broken. Everything was done in a timely matter and done well. We would most definitely purchase from Urban Ambiance again and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product, backed by exceptional Customer Care.

Urban Ambiance ships fast and without damage. I use them because they are competitively priced and product is out of the ordinary, which I love. Their customer service team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

This chandelier is absolutely stunning! It brings such an elegant, elevated feel to our space while adding a beautiful softness that we were missing. We originally had too much metal in one area, so we decided to pivot to something different, and I'm so glad we did. The shade is gorgeous, and I love that it's dimmable, making it easy to create the perfect ambiance in our eat-in kitchen. The quality is exceptional, and we're beyond happy with this fixture!
