I've been using Urban skin rx for about 5, 6 hrs now and I have nothing bad to say. I found products that work for me and I love that. I've put my friends and family on to this brand and they love it.

I have shopped with Urban RX for years. I have never been disappointed and I love the products. I recently purchased the Firm and Glow Age Well Essential kit. when I opened the Pro Strength Super C Serum it fizzed like I was opening a soda. That was alarming for me and o was afraid to use it as I have never experienced this with your products. I have been trying to get guidance on if this product is safe to use or how to get it replaced. After spending well over $100. 00 I can’t get a response via phone, email, or chat. VERY disappointing. I need someone to remedy this. My stars are solely for the lack of customer service this company provides.

I received incorrect items in my order and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone about the order. The chat is always offline, no one answers the phone, and the mailbox is always full. I love the products but the customer service is terrible.

I love the products, there are many that I buy often. But packaging really needs to improve. I have received multiple orders were half the product has spilled.

This product was recommended for me by my charge nurse and I must say urban skin has been a great on my face. . I had terrible acne , dark spots and pores but everything is clear up now and I lookkk great

Great company. Quality products

Good product when you're actually lucky to receive the items ordered. I have been using this for about 3 years now and this is my 1st complaint. I sent an email over 4 business days ago with my complaint but no one seems to care enough to respond. 2 main issues here. 1st, I received an incomplete order. Bought 2 night creams and package came with 1 cream insteadof 2. Order #945341R. Secondly, the 1 cream received has a terribly dark color. I cannot put that on my face. I have bought atleast 8 night creams already and know what it should look like. I need that one bottle be exchanged and my second bottle sent to me or atleast refund me if you ran out.
