Per usual, Urban Skin is clearing my acne and dark spots. Not sure why I stopped using it before, but I won’t make that mistake again!

In the beginning I thought the products were not working but I continued to do my three step regimen and started seeing the results.

Products are very good. But the customer service is very poor 😕. They keep messing up my order 🙄.

Urban RX products are exceptionally legal probably the only product that I have used over-the-counter that has actually produced results. All it takes is a little dedication patience. thank you!

The products are very effective for my sensitive skin with no irritation. Plus, they always send a free gift.

I love the way the combination of the cleansing bar, serum, and moisturizer makes my skin glow. The new products I’ve ordered has caused my skin to peel and that has never happened before. Aside from that, it has worked amazingly! My skin is dull without it.

I ordered the skincare kit which cost $116 on February 18, 2025 today is March 25, 2025 I haven’t received my order even though they told me it was delivered and haven’t received any refund from them they refused to take accountability. Their customer service is trash I don’t not recommend. I repeat do not buy any product or skincare from them because they will steal your money and won’t receive any refund. Do not buy from them!!!!

I don’t know what else to say, urban skin rx needs to get it together! You have so many items that people need out of stock and than you tell us you been working on it, and it’s been almost a year for some of items not being back in stock! Everytime we turn around people go on your website to order our facial and body products and something else is out of stock! Your inconsistency makes you unreliable and definitely not trust worthy because your words don’t mean anything anymore, nothing but a bunch of lies! This company is terrible and needs to be reported to someone I don’t know yet! This is very unprofessional, and makes this company founded by melanated people fit the description of the stereotype that we already have! I’m disgusted because not one product I use is out of stock four of them are! I’m very very upset because you gave some of us hope because we finally found product that works, and than you don’t keep up on your inventory?

Urban skin rx is AWSOME, and works great! The problem is this company is unreliable in keeping their products stocked which scares me into having to find another company that is more trustworthy and reliable since urban skin rx isn’t! It’s nothing worst than finding a daily skin care regimen for your face after years of looking, just to find out that when your low or out of your product, you will not be able to purchase more! This is awful, now I have to find some other skin care products that I don’t have to worry about when I run out, when something already works for me, but it’s never in stock!
