Very Effecient
From start to finish I was without my multifunction display for my car for about 10 days (including shipping back and forth). UpFix was very informative and kept me updated along the way of the status of my repair. When I got my MFD back it was like brand new.

The shipping service was excellent
The shipping service was excellent and did a great job on the repairs and I was able to communicate with the Technician when other issues were coming up and how to troubleshoot issues to make certain it is not on the repair done on my instrument cluster.

Second time is a charm!
Sent my ABS Module off of my 01 Silverado 4x4, they thought they fixed it,I sent it back, because I had a different code, so I sent it back in, they double checked it found out a separate problem. It came back, I hooked it up and it now. works great, I am not upset because they didn't do it right the first time if anyone has had to deal with Electronic problems, they can be a direct PITA so my 2 year old problem is no more.
